Souls want to be significant, but the Universe says they are not.

Physical action connects souls through its shared experiences. This is why our connection to past souls gradually fades, as their container for providing physical activity has dissipated.

Discord

Most discordance between souls is neither due to their age nor their religious support, but rather by the edges of how they approach one another.

Not Quite an Escape

The popularity of drugs and such is that they allow the soul to rattle its container.

Familiarity

Souls seek out comfortable familiarity when the pace of challenging relevance becomes too much.

Focus

The soul has millions of connectors, but most of the time we suppress our awareness of them so that we can focus and fit in to our society.

Routine

Routine work allows an imagination to let our soul traverse and recall experiences from other times.

Jealousy

Jealousy is when a soul feels threatened by the loss of touch to another soul: it is a fear of unanchoring.

Useful Memories

Souls accumulate memories so that they may prolong their sense of "existence;" memories fight our impermanence by exploding time into thought. Our lives are but indivisible points, drawn out by the powerful lenses of space and time.

To Work

Souls enjoy interaction: they are "social creatures." Yet most souls seem comfortably connected only at the envelope of familiarity. Do we therefore create "work" in an image that allows a "comfortable" interaction of souls similar to our own?
